Disappointed it has come to this!

Hello everyone!

I'll keep this short and throw my problems in another thread. But I wanted to say I joined today because I'm having an issue maintaining an erection with my wife. I believe I'm currently experiencing PIED as I've learned from this site.

I would like to reboot, but had some questions that I'll ask in my long post after this one.

As of right now I think I'm gonna shoot for a PM but keep the O for my wife's sake. But I need to continue to research this issue. I believe this is a great starting point.

I hope to gain wisdom from the vets here and hopefully one day, offer my dos and don'ts to other newbies that join.

I don't really have one. I'm still new to this all, I have learned that I may need a "dopamine" replacement. From what I've been reading, exercise is a good replacement. I am gonna try and exercise when I am alone, bored, sad, stressed, etc. instead of watching porn. I still have a lot to learn and hopefully, I can obtain some tools here to make my recovery go much smoother.

One of my posts kind of discouraged me greatly. I learned that 90 days isn't necessarily the fix time for such a problem and it kind of made this feel much more daunting. But I am very much wanting to be cured of this so I will continue and strive for success.
