    When i first started masturbating i used to do in traditional way i.e. stroking "my thing" with hard hands. But i don't know how i discovered a more intense form of masturbation.

    In this method, the addict do not stimulates the whole penis by giving it hard strokes with his whole hand but only stimulates the upper tip of penis by rubbing foreskin over it with his thumb.

    This method is very very intense and i have used this same method throughout my life. Biggest problem i am facing is that my penis glance has become very sensitive as compared to middle and lower part of penis. As a result of this i am suffering from severe premature ejection. I am currently 19 years old. However, i have not interacted with a real woman till now but i somehow know that i have PE problem because when PMOing before starting NoFap I used to ejaculate within 10 seconds. Biggest fear is that as soon as i will try to insert my thing inside her thing my very sensitive upper end will make me ejaculate even before giving the first stroke (i am guessing it, i had never been in any relationship till now). I was also suffering from PIED which i have almost cured (at day 37)

    Here I want to ask some questions :-

    1). Please reply if you have also used this method of masturbation.

    2). Is it true that time a person takes to ejaculate during fap is equal to the time that person takes to ejaculate with real woman ?

    3). Can intense cardio and heavy weight training enhance sex performance ?

    4). What is the correct way of doing kegal exercise ?

    5). I am planning to join a gym and do hard cardio and heavyweight training + no relationships for one year..........how much will my stamina increase if i do it ?

    6). Also it appears that my habit of PMO is slowly being replaced by fantasy and my ED is slowly getting back. Help me what to do.

    5) Going to the gym is good for your health... It is known to increase libido, which makes the NoFap experience harder, but I think it's a good trade for a fit body.

    6. Have patience, continue doing your reboot, and if you have severe PIED like Gabe had, it can take six months for you to recover. One day at a time, I think it's possible.

    2. No. But most of the time it's close. Assuming you are being stimulated the same way and in same position. But there are many factors at play. For example some people might find that stimulation is more intense to them when with real woman, as opposed to what they are used to while fapping. So they O faster. Some other people might find that real woman can not naturally give enough stimulation than what they are used to, so they can last longer. Also things like excitement or anxiety can speed up or delay O. Positions that you are not used to can speed up or delay it as well. The only real way how to know is to have sex.

    3. I don't know about cardio but lifting helps. Especially if you train muscles that are directly involved in sex. Such as as glutes, lower back and all pelvic floor. If your body is used to working those muscles while lifting weights then it's less likely that stress you put them during sex will build and significant tension. For example I O faster when on top than her being on top. This is because my muscles are relaxed while being on bottom cos I just lay there and don't hump anything, which does not contribute to build up nerve tension and increased blood flow to that area.

    4. Urinate then stop the flow, that is the kegel muscle. That's how you find it. Now just flex them for reps. Start at like 10 and eventually build up till 100. Then you can start to hold them for time. 5 sec, 10 sec, etc.

    5. Impossible to predict. All our bodies are different and respond differently to things. Try and see.

    6. Keep at it. Healing ED takes a few months. Try not to indulge in fantasies. If they come up fine. But try to think of something else once they do. Or distract yourself with doing something, like read a book or something.

    Seriously though, fantasizing keeps the same neural pathways wired as you were using for porn. You're still getting dopamine release by fantasizing (your fantasy is probably still using your porn circuits as many people's fantasy is actually porn fantasy) so the underlying reason for your ED is still there.

    When my mind starts wandering to fantasy I find mindfulness really helpful. Slow everything down and focus your mind on what is happening in the real world. Escapism to a fantasy world can be helpful sometimes but when it's unwanted then remind yourself that you are living in the real world and so at this moment you are only going to think about real things.
