Remember when you were a kid and the phone rings?
How you would always rush to answer the phone?
Over the years, we gradually start to get more nervous when someone calls or texts
Our ability to comfortably talk to someone over the phone diminishes and we become introverted even more

I believe humans are social creatures that are stronger when we are with other people but today's technologies are preventing us from being social and make us more comfortable sitting at home and not talking with anyone, playing games all day, sleep during the day and awake during the night

This has become an epidemic and porn only aggravates this behaviour

  2. I would say yes and no. I believe our abuse of technology has lead many to have social anxiety and other behavioral issues; however, I don't fault technology for this since if we were to use it properly then we would increase our social interactions with other people. I think we have a tendency to live in extremes where we see a correlation with something (social anxiety and technology) and we want to point blame towards technology as being the source of all that's wrong with us, when that finger should really be pointed towards ourselves in an effort to take responsibility for our actions and choices.

  3. very true. I know quite a few people who used to be very sociable and outgoing. They now seem to be content with staying home and going on Facebook. I think a lot of people are confusing social media with actual human connection.

  4. I've never ran to the phone and I've had anxiety even when I was two years old. I wouldn't say technology itself is creating these problems per say.

Not every human is sociable either though, as an introvert I've never liked talking to people or enjoyed it but that was never caused by any technology. I love staying home and do so when I'm able to.

And what's wrong with being awake at night? That's when I get my groove on.

  6. I have always been a loner, a introvert never been comfortable with large groups or people I don't know, even people in general unless they are family. Other people don't give me energy I feel drained if I been in the city during the time of the day when there are a lot of people. I was anti social before Cellphones where invented.
