Do ejaculation with partner slows recovery or speeds it

    Last 7 days I had O 2 times (3 days between) (3 day since last) with my partner. It's feels to me that I'm in light version of flatline. No libido, but I'm better deal with emotions and anxiety, working hard. I read that interaction with my partner can help to cure PIED. Should I go hard until 90 day or continue to reach O every week?

    It depends on what you're trying to achieve. Nofap hard mode is strictly nothing until 90 days. But you can do nofap for 90 and O with your partner as much as you like.

    I'm 45 days in. Did a little over 3 weeks in hard mode. Have been having sex with my wife with increasing frequency since then to no ill effect. My wife is a good partner, but objectively physically a 4/10. If I'm no longer having ED issues, I'd say having sex won't negatively impact your recovery.

    One thing that really has helped is committing to a diet/excercise routine in addition to NoFap. Kind of gets everything aligned.

    My personal opinion is that it will speed your recovery, unless you feel anxious about bad performance in bed.
    Also, watch out for chaser effect: some people return to porn after an orgasm just because they tied sexual pleasure with porn in their mind.
