Do I deserve this

    Before I start I'm not looking for sympathy, I found nofap after years of struggling with once a day MOIng and gambling. I have basically mucked my body up and made myself mentally ill. I truly believe I can recover an have been on nofap keeping trying to beat my streaks, all the while I am seeing improvement. (Not there by a long shot but you have to start somewhere) .

    My question is do I deserve a second chance after completely messing up my body with all te crappy behaviours I have put it through?

    Sorry for the negativity!

    Also the selfishness of my behaviours

    I want to hit you with a punch in your face with the most of my strength so many times up to change your features for this stupid question.
    Stop crying on yourself and show some balls! You deserve to be healthy and happy like everyone in the world. Stop fapping and rebuild your life, it's never too late (you're also younger than me).

    My take is, we all deserve second chances (or even third, fourth and after that), for as long as we're already willing to commit to changes that will only bring about positive outcomes to ourlives.
