Hey everyone, !
I love working out, running, jogging, and even lifting. But in the recent year my recovery time has been extremely long in the process of soreness and fatigue from working out.
I usually do my one punch routine on the weekends to start out my weekend from work. 100 push ups, Squats, crunches, and at least a 5 mile jog or run.
I'm unsure why but it takes me up to four days after, even the soreness hits the next day to recover. I'm really trying to understand why or how it takes this long, usually going to the gym and doing a arm or leg day would take me 2 days to recover. I have a major feeling my testosterone levels could be low.. My diet is pretty solid and intake allot of water and move around especially at work. Usually at work I'll be eating Salmon, asparagus, mashed potatoes and some protein drink. Its like I want to continue working out, but I'm not sure why it takes me so long now to recover then I used to, honestly I feel defeated in continuing to..
