Do I just let go so I can have a clean start?

I relapsed by watching P for a while, but didn't MO. Now I'm pent up, do I just release so I can have a clean start?
I don't know if there are any negative side effects if I just continue NoFap without releasing right now.

I would try to hold out. I don't think there are negative effects other than the temporary discomfort, although that could be considerable.

Your brain will always give you that just release for a clean start logic during a streak, so it makes sense to practice overriding it.
Alright thanks for your input, i just feel very overwhelmed so idk what to do

Absolutely not. It's probably the biggest mistake I kept doing in the past but thankfully not anymore.

Flee from the temptation, refresh your mind, have accountability and continue focusing on what's right.

The pent up energy will subside after a while, it's like being on +300.
If you ejaculate, get to to minus 10,000 and it will take ages until you paid off that energetic debt.
After an hour, you'll feel better. After 5 hours, it will be mostly gone. After 24 hours it will all be good.

Keep in mind that by following up your P usage with MO, you'd still be conditioning your mind and body to be rewarded by P.

I know what you mean, but at the same time I don't when you say: "so I can have a clean start?" I'm just curious, what do you mean by that, what is a clean start?
