Do NoFap for the girl!

Heck, I'm doing it now for a girl. I'm in a relationship that has gone on for 13 years. She knew I had a porn addiction before I did. She mentioned it a few times but I waved it away because I had never heard of porn addiction and wasn't ready to believe I had one. A little over a month ago, I started researching it and learned that it was real and that I, indeed, was addicted. My reason for no PMO is so that I have damaged my relationship and I was another chance at restoring it. The issue though is that I'm a prostate cancer survivor and had surgery to remove my prostate. The surgery was SUPPOSED to be nerve-sparing and they may well have spared the nerves but they also damaged the nerves. I've had ED for the past nine years since surgery. Also, my partner is post-menopausal as well as suffering from severe depression and agoraphobia. She has totally lost her libido. I have told her about my being on this journey and told her about my streak to date. She seems happy about that. She is my motivation to succeed. I see no problem with doing this journey for a girl if she motivates you to succeed. Keep up the good work! 28 days is quite an accomplishment!

 

Im still recovering from ED...I first did 300 days of no pmo, had succesfull sex with a girl but then relapsed a few times (dont ask me why..) but Im back on the right track. My motivation is stroger than ever! Lets kick this evil addiction out our lives for good!

 

I agree with you bro. Doing NoFap for wanting an actual relationship is not a bad idea. But you always get some NoFap extremist who gets angry at people's personal goals and experiences.

 

A lot of the time, the road to self-improvement starts with a girl, but you stay for you. Fitness was like that for me.

 

I really think NoFap has helped me get in touch with myself and my problems. I use to think my life was over, but now NoFap has made me respect myself.
