    I know someone already said this but I see this ALL THE TIME. NoFap is about turning your life around, not chasing women. Remember, YOU'RE doing it for YOURSELF, YOU'RE getting rid of YOUR addiction that's ruining YOUR life. You can do it because you want more confidence to ask women out. That's fine. But remember that porn addiction is your addiction, so focus on making yourself a better person.

    Obviously, i can tell you i have seen many part time Fapstronauts quit after they realize AlPhA MaLE super powers are not working after 7 days of nofap lol, if anyone is doing nofap for those reasons i can promise you gonna fail

    I totally agree with you. A lot of men usually make the error to consider themselves inferior to girls, and so they conceive every action to improve only as a means to attract girls, while we have to remember that It's possible that a girl will abandon us, while It's not possible that we will abandon ourselves.
