Do pictures of wife's feet count?

I'm no expert, but I think the whole point of NoFap is to stop getting cheap thrills from wanking. I reckon the occasional wank would be absolutely fine, as long as you didn't choose it over something more proactive - e.g. studying, sleeping etc. Unfortunately many of us have been fapping too much and our brains treat it with an addiction like mentality, so NoFap could be a good way to stop that phenomenon first and then continue to fap responsibly.

I think the important point is to be honest with yourself on this one - an example when certain people defend videogames, when they know they could've read a new book, or went for a walk etc.

I would say as long as the pics whatever don't become a cheap source of enjoyment (dopamine), then you're ok.

 

My answer is: Yes, and no. I think under normal circumstances, having some pictures of the wife to fap to while she is away, or you are away, would be okay. But we're not on this forum because we might like to fap to the wife or girlfriend once every now and then. I think we're all here because we have a problem with it.

That said - no, it's not porn, but I think it would be counter productive to what you are trying to achieve. I think it would be best to abstain from this. If you happened to have photos like this of your wife, and were really horny one night and missing her and she was away, that it wouldn't be an issue at all to fap to them... but in your situation, I worry that it would be a step backwards from working towards your goal.
