So I was thinking about how when you orgasm/relapse all or most of your benefits go away.

Well if you have sex with a partner and you relapse do you still lose those benefits?

For example I suffer from pied so if I had sex would it make it worse?

No, my husband and I have sex regularly. It took about 4 months for his pied and de to go away. He does not masturbate at all anymore.

Wow, I am surprised that you have PIED at 15 years of age.
Can you relate your story/history with porn and masturbation?

The quickest and most effective way to reboot is via hardmode.
That is, rebooting without any sexual release (even via a partner).

Be sure to avoid any sexually stimulating material, not just porn.
A p/sub = chicks in bikinis, underwear, swimwear or sexy clothes.

Yeah, you are still using sexual activities to get that dopamine. P*rn is just pieces of paper on a magazine or pixels on a screen. The act of stroking or stimulating your p*nis is the issue.

    Yea I’m 15 and here’s my story

Started porn at age 14. Friends told me to try it. Maybe used it 3 times a week.

Couple weeks later I realized that 3 times a week turned into 2 times a day.

Idk why I remember this one day in June of 2019(at least a year of pmo)
i just noticed I couldn’t get erections like I use to.

I had a girlfriend at the time and I’d hang out with her and I’d stop getting boners with her too.

So I did my research and came across NoFap and pied.

So I decided I would start a reboot and take back control.

However, I failed. For 9 months I had failed to abstain from porn and masturbation.

Until one day I just opened my eyes and said to myself I’m tired of feeling like this.

I had a reason to fight for this.

Anyway as of right now I’m currently on a 7 day streak, I lift weights, eat pretty healthy, meditate for 10 minutes daily.

I just really want this to end and I have a very good feeling about this streak.
