If 90 days is considered a reboot will the urges stop then?
No ,but it will get easier for you, plus i dont think the 90 days are enough for a reboot, you will still think about porn
90 days is just the beginning I hit 90 days and was feeling really good. So good that i let my guard down and well lets just say I am starting a new streak because I was not careful.
90 is a huge accomplishment, but one of many stepping stones
90 days is the milestone for one thing and one thing only- realizing that days never mattered. Nofap is a lifestyle choice, not a challenge; however, it is your choice as to what level you want to take nofap to (P, PM, PMO).
No buddy urges never stops. How times goes urges will become weaker and easier to control.Streak not mattered much,13 days ago i was on 269 days no PMO streak and today i m on 12 days streak, that's example.Time where you avoided PMO is important(months, years). And i can tell you now i feel same on 12 streak days like when i was at 269 days, example.
90 days is just to see some small improvements, as for me i don't have any urges for porn, i kinda hate it more than anything. I want the real connection with my SO and not with the screen xD. Just think about it, it's just a screen and you came to that for soo many years xD.
Man I had a 15 day streak and I just watched P and M to it. I feel bad and I just don’t have things to do I’m very free and I have alot of free time so it’s hard to keep my mind busy and yet there’s nothing to settle the dopamine as well.
Any tips please?
Hi buddy,things will get better.
1.Try to be in busy.
2.Control what you think.
3.Avoid to be alone, relapse can happen when you are alone or in boredom.
4.Go and take walk.
5.Do cold showers.
6.Lift weight,go to gym.
7.Always remember why you started nofap
I hope this help.
