Do twerk girls videos and nude/sexy photos have the same effect of porn?

It seems positive, in a way, that it doesn't take you a lot to get off anymore, but I'd stay away from those sorts of movies if you want to avoid temptation.

 

Depends. You can go hard mode or you can go monk mode. I was going hard mode until I fantasized about stuff like that, had a huge dopamine rush, and I felt that wasn't good for my reboot, so I decided to go monk mode from then on. I hear it hinders recovery, but doesn't end it if you do.

 

Monk mode is noPMO or p-subs. Not looking at girls in their underwear (Victoria's secret), no bikini models (sports illustrated), no tinder/snapchat, essentially no ogling women on a digital screen. Period.

It's a step above hardmode.

 

Yeah I noticed that I was watching pick up prank movies and it got me relapsing. The underlying principle is still there. I going to look into monk mode. Good luck everybody

 

I assumed hard mode was monk mode. Monk mode is the only way to do this.
