    I had a pretty nasty one last night as I woke up this morning to find a certain substance in my bed. I definitely wasn't conscious whenever this happened. I don't remember whether or not I had any sexual dreams. I think I briefly woke up right after during the night but then fell asleep again almost instantly. I never used to have wet dreams when I was frequently cooming, I occasionally would wake up with an erection but rarely have experienced something like this. Does this count as a relapse?

    No, it is not a relapse. Your body will remove unused semen from time to time. It is perfectly natural. Sometimes you will recall the dream, but not always. Just be aware that you can feel a bit horny for a day or two afterwards, so be on guard.

    Wet dreams comes from the succubus that invades our dream most of the time. They're also comes from the sexual dreams like feets, behinds, pictures and videos from them. That's what happened to me because I haven't been intentionally bust on journey of nofap and semen retention. Good news is that I'm in the right path. I write down the dreams of what just exactly happened right after I wake up.
