It depends on the woman, and they can change their mind either way.

I think it’s important to have an honest conversation with each other about it, instead of assuming they like it based on what’s seen on porn or popular opinion.

Or maybe they honestly do like it but would respect you if you found it disgusting and would try to find something else you both enjoy and comfortable with.

The act itself, no. Having a phallic object inside of my mouth does nothing for me, as in there are no pleasureable physical sensations connected to it. I don't feel discomfort from it either (as long as my gag reflex is not triggered), it is just a very neutral act for me. I wouldn't just suck off a banana or cucumber for the fun of it. Aside from the fact that semen smells and tastes quite awful. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy giving my SO pleasure, which also includes swallowing and being covered in not pleasant tasting/smelling semen. But that pleasure is not connected to the act itself, if that is your question. Compare it to your gf being into romantic soap opera style movies and you're not, so while you watch such movie with her, you might feel bored but seeing her enjoy herself makes it worth it. Seeing her happy makes you happy.
