Do you essentially flatline

I'm confused , when You do.NoFap it will strengthen your sex drive etc etc , I would say it would seeing your abstaining from chronic porn and becoming bored , that said if you developed porn induced ed , and I've heard about flatlining , do you Essentially begin to recover after a period of flatlining, or do you just stay the same having burnt your brain and dick out, id like to think you could return to normal , hard ons a plenty

 

A flatline is a period of time where your brain is rewiring itself, in this time you will notice your libido feel like it’s nonexistent or extremely weak.

Will it essentially happen? For some people it happens and others it does not, but you have to understand that regardless if you get a flatline or not, your brain is healing.

How is it healing? Well if your ED is caused by porn, semen retention overtime will build up sexual frustration, and abstaining from PMO will fix the dopamine levels in your brain. Sexual frustration + Dopamine balance = more horniness = more often and harder erections.

Imagine you don’t jack off for 3 months, I think you will be getting pretty horny which will lead to you being able to achieve a erection pretty easy. 3 months is just a guess, it could take a week, 5 weeks, 6 months, a year, I don’t know, it’s for you to find out.
