Do you guys know how to block porn on all webbrowser?

Lately, I am searching for an add-on-blocker or any adult blocker for Internet Explorer, just in case I can't control myself and switch from chrome to IE.
I have only 2 webbrowser 1.google chrome and 2.internet explorer. For google chrome I am using the "adult blocker" add on, just because it is for free and I dont want to spend money for any blocker. If there are any better adult blocker please write me back.
My problem is everytime when I have these urges to MO, I am switching to Internet Explorer to search for the name of any woman or anything what impresses me of this person,....and at the end of the day I sometimes end up with websites or videos which contains pornographic material.....and I am failing. I also want to block these pop-ups, they are really annoying. Do somebody know a free Internet Explorer tool/extension to block porn? You can also tell me what the best porn blocker is, I would pay for that if it is really useful.
