Does anyone else experience this?

On day 44 and I every time I get an erection (mostly in the morning) it is very intense. I feel like my balls are completely filled and I feel like if I as much as touch my penis, I'll have an orgasm. Ive felt this for the past few days. I have felt this one or two weeks ago but the following night, I had a wet dream that kinda cooled it down. Do you guys commonly experience this? Also, will this go away on its own or will I have another wet dream?
