Does anyone have any real tips?

I am not sure where you see all of this success. I see mostly people like you asking for help.
You should read replies to those posts from other members.

But what else? is not a well formed question.

 

Radically change every aspect of your life and become a new you. Replace all of your bad habits with new healthy ones. Read a ton about the effects, educate yourself, grow in wisdom. Fix your sleep schedule, exercise frequently and pour your mental energy into your studies. Spend time all away from home. Learn from each relapse, identify your emotional states when you are near relapse: boredom, loneliness, depressed, etc

You have to have more motivation than anything. You have to want to quit with every fiber of your body. Unfortunately oftentimes in order to reach that state of wanting to quit, you have to undergo immense suffering until you finally realize you can no longer live life that way. You wanna know how most people break free? It’s that they hit rock bottom or suffered so much and couldn’t take it anymore. They would either keep relapsing and die (either actually die or metaphorically collapse in every aspect of their life) or they would give anything and everything to stay clean. Personally, i would go to the ends of the earth to stay clean. And i did go to the ends of the earth. I researched and scoured every possible avenue, resource, asked for help, did everything i could think of to stay clean. And along the way, i grew immensely in every way and i learned so much and improved to a whole new level. The journey is extremely difficult but it is indeed worth it
