I am curious to know if anyone here experienced stomach or abdominal distention from excessive fapping/ PMO ? Last year my stomach suddenly got distended and I am almost sure it's due to my chronic fapping. I've had this for a year now and it hasn't gone away. I have not been able to fully complete a long streak to cure myself. I am on day 10 now and determine to go for 90 days hard mode ( no sexual activity whatsoever) to see if I am going to recover. Chronic fapping/PMO totally RUINED my life but I have hope that I will recover.

On top of stomach distention, this habit led me to develop diabetes/ high blood pressure as well. I posted a thread on it almost 2 years ago on this site and some of the people who followed that thread actually got cured of diabetes after going on a long streak. I know PMO caused it because I successfully completed 21 to 26 days of hard mode like 5 times and at the end of each of those streaks, my blood sugar would normalize. So I know ALL MY HEALTH issues are caused by PMO.

Anyway, I'd really like to know if someone has the same stomach/abdomen distenstion and if so, how long did it take you to recover from it ??? I am on hard mode right now and I really hope this goes away. It's SO UNCOMFORTABLE especially while sitting at the office for 8 hours. I look like a 6 month old pregnant person, it's so uncomfortable ....I am wondering if it's not due to all the hormones that are out of whack, especially the adrenaline due to years of fapping nonstop. Almost 100% sure it's related to my years of chronic fapping. I am going to be strong this time and complete at least 90 to 120 days hard mode. If you experienced the same thing, can you please share your success story, especially how long of a streak it took you before you stomach/abdomen recovered ? My testosterone levels are very low too .....

    Thanks much !!!

  3. 10 days only is not enough to see real changes happening... Also go get vitamin D by walking or jogging in the sunshine. Get to 60 days asap to experience the effects if you don't fall into flatline.

I am on day 21 now ... I know those days are not enough, I just want to hear more stories from people who experienced abdominal distention because of PMO and how long they spent trying to heal it ... I recognize you @Freeddom_Taker

i have the same problem plus IBS ( irrtable bowel syndrome ) i think it's a result of PMO and the stress , our bodies react to stress in different ways , some ppl will feel dizzy and brain fog , some ppl will vomit and have abdominal pain , some ppl will have bowel movement change , i got and endoscopy to know why i have these issues and it went back normal , so you need to manage stress and eat healthy plus NO fapping at all

This will be a long post, but I have just joined this site and will tell my story. First off I want to say that I COMPLETELY relate to Stack’s issue. I had felt healthy as a kid until the age of 13 when I fell hopelessly addicted to porn. After fapping my brains out I began to get excruciating stomach pains and bloating (distension). I eventually saw a doctor and was told I had IBS although none of my prescribed treatments helped me. I struggled with this issue up until now, currently early 20s. I also developed symptoms such as an extremely overactive bladder, ridiculous hair loss to the point of looking like an old man, depression, social anxiety, erectile dysfunction, and many symptoms of schizophrenia like disorganized thoughts that were completely incoherent, intense feelings of Fear 24/7, Delusions, and a complete lack of emotions no matter how good or bad my days went. Even with these symptoms, I managed to get though high school, and tried a semester at a university earlier this year. My stomach bloating and symptoms were so bad that I would sit in classes feeling complete fear unaware of what was really going on in my classes well also having my stomach so bloated that it would make crazy noises, everyone in my classes probably thought I shit my pants everyday. I am now taking the next semester off to figure my health out and I believe all my problems have stemmed from PMO. A couple of years ago, I got so tired of the addiction that I stopped for 2 months, at which point I noticed feeling way better with my health issues seemingly disappearing in thin air. I got caught back up in PMO, and somehow forgot how much I really benefited from it (have many symptoms of dementia as well) After recently remembering this 2 month streak and how important the benefits I got actually were, I have gone back to nofap and am now a few weeks in seeing improvements in all of my symptoms.

I had IBS as well. No matter how clean i eat my stomach will be upset within 4-5 days and the cycle repeats on weekly basis. Im on 90days now and i think its better now

Hi, hope your bloathing is gone by now.
Anyway i got same symptoms like yours for 5 months long and thankfully it's just getting better recently. Take vitamin B or B complex. It's good for your stomach, and don't wear tight pants, it could stress your stomach.
