    Nofap is not going to get you a girl, you will do that. But PMO will most likely kill your chances. You gained some courage, that's a start. The problem is yours either way - again don't put it on other people or things, the girls, the PMO or not PMOing - put it on yourself. If you give yourself a break from PMO maybe it will happen naturally, you can't just make it happen all the time.

    Yeah you have all the right ,off course I know that , but I meant as I said in the first post that if PMO is responsible for girls rejection, I was rejected by five girls, when you are rejected from all the girls ,you will think all day and night about the reasons especially when you see some friends who worse than you in everything succeeded in relationships
