Does hocd cause anxiety arousal ?

Anxiety can cause arousal, yes. In fact from personal experience every time I've had an HOCD attack the anxiety would make me feel a type of arousal feeling. It's not quite the same but when the attack comes it's almost impossible to tell them apart. One of the ways is to just face the thing that is causing you anxious. Do not use porn, however, cause porn is the trigger/cue. A good way to deal with the panic attacks is just to say a mental yes to the thing that is tormenting you. For example, if you have a fearful thought of giving some man a blow job, just say in your mind fuck it, i'll do it LETS GO ! And often times my mind just calms itself and then the thought of giving a blow job even leaves my mind and my brain stops being interested in it. Often times it comes back, but at this point I've taught myself to control it pretty well.
