So I workout with porn in my earphones because it helps me get more sets done. is having porn on while your working out count as a relapse btw I'm not masturbating or orgasming I'm just listening to the moaning which arouses and gives more energy to workout

Bro u need to find other ways of motivating urself!
And ig one of the important aspects of NoFap is getting rid of P, not bringing it any closer.

Try listening to some Pop during workout, say: 11 Minutes Away(Halsey), Body(Lord Luxury) kinda songs...
Or u can listen to some EDM, try Martin Garrix, Lookas gives some really cool beats..

Suppose u r spot running.. U can target to run through 2-3 songs...it helps me..u can try

Its not a physical Relapse, but a MENTAL RELAPSE!!! which eventually leads to a physical one

For a short while I had a personal trainer who I was attracted to, I think she picked up on this and had me do these intense training methods made for pro athletes and would spur me on and say "do it for me" which worked - in the short run. And she moved away and already had a boyfriend anyway. And of course that wasn't even porn.

This kind of technique is no sustainable. You may do more sets, or basically be able to do more, but can you control or push yourself mentally without porn or even music? Because you're basically relying on an external thing to motivate you. Regardless of what it is, whether it's drugs, media, live fans for pros I think it's all a crutch. The true champion can win without the home advantage, even win when all the fans are cheering on the other side.

This is a problem with addiction recovery in general. If we can find a place or frame of mind where it doesn't matter if everyone else is not supportive or even against your efforts and STILL persist then you have something you can actually call yours. While social support of any kind is important ultimately you don't want to rely on that luxury.

Not sure how it could help with sets and not reps but either way if your an addict you will never heal you brain by listening to P everytime you workout. And even if you could, doing this will inevitably lead to PMO.

Just listen to some music lol. If you consider yourself an addict, doing this is simply ridiculous.

If I were you, I would quit this because if you listen to that stuff, they will mess up the recovery and you will relapse, so don't even think about it.
