Does masturbation cause visual snow and eye floaters?

I’m no science expert by any means. However I’ve heard of dozens of people on NoFap complaining of the same thing: eye floaters, blurry eyesight, visual snow, etc. I even suffer from these symptoms myself, and have since about the 8th grade (when my PMO addiction became really bad). You might want to have a checkup with an eye doctor if you haven't in a few years. Floaters and stuff can be symptoms of an underlying problem. PMO can wreak havoc with your blood pressure, which can exacerbate any defects in your eyes, and potentially make them worse.

 

I'm aware of that aspect of it, but my blood pressure is normal and always has been. I had my eyes checked a few years ago and the eye doctor told me everything was normal, even though I had already been suffering from eye floaters and blurred vision since I was 14.
