yes, I never thought about this. if I do one , it gets the other one going. I really want to look at p, I do not even crave O, it's the p I crave, and that's not a good thing. not natural. I mean for my addiction, after 90 days, maybe I just m a few times a month.

I would say unattractive rather than ugly.

When a person abstains from masturbation they become more attractive. I believe this is to do with fertility. The more attractive an individual is then typically they are more fertile. Women become more attractive when they are menstruating - a scientific fact. More attraction = more fertility, less attraction = less fertility. So when guys abstain from masturbation and find that they are more attractive to women then it surely must be because they are conserving their sperm and allowing it to mature.
