    Yes, but not just regular music, like a half a year ago I started playing the guitar, now I am also singing along with it....so when I have urges, I sing the intro of "Shut the fuck up" by Pink guy

    I play the guitar so if I can, I will usually go to my room, turn on some music and play along with it. If its late, I will turn on worship music and try to focus on the words of the song instead

    Journal entry 6: day 2 of absinance

    I’m doing good I didn’t have any urges and I woke up pretty easy. Drama with my sis and step mom but other than that pretty good. I looked at a Snapchat page with lingerie pics but I wasn’t triggered and I left.
