Does nofap and semen build up cause PE?

I’m on a 30 day streak of nofap and can say it has cured my ED induced by MO. I was never big into pornography but was an avid masturbater, at least once a day sometimes two for 6 years.

I had sex about a year ago and go soft mid stroke. Yesterday was the first time I had any sexual interaction while on NoFap and cummed while putting on the condom, it was extremely tight around my dick and I could barely roll it on. This was about after decent amount of time of foreplay and a bj.

I was reading other encounters and read about people cumming fast while on nofap and was interested in what others had to say or their experience.

I do want to note being that this was just a random hookup and my first time cumming since on nofap my perspective shifted and the 5 seconds of satisfaction didn’t really do it for me. I will be researching Karezza/Tantric sex but don’t want to run into this again and would like to be able to last. I am 22 now, when I was 16/17 with a gf I could easily last 30-45 minutes (didn’t MO during this time and was having sex 4-5 times a week.)
