Does NoFap help get rid of acne? Please Respond

19 year old, male. No job. Forever alone, shy, nerdy guy. Working on self improvement. Trying to cut back on my vices. I’m curious however about how this PMO thang affects acne. On Day 6 and 7 of NoFap, I started to have a bad breakout around the nose. On Day 9, the acne seemed to have improved a bit but not that much. I’m on Day 12, there’s some improvement but not much. I’m taking cold showers, meditating for 10 min every day and working out. If this NoFap shit clears my skin, I will dump the porn and masturbation for probably the rest of my life.

You should see a doctor about it tbh. He might prescribe you some ointment you can put on it. Mine did and I used it daily and it cleared up my acne quite fast

I don't think so. I still got acne as frequent like before I start nofap

I think that acne crap with PMO is just dangerous, I think. I dunno. I’m just hopeful, things will get better.
