Does NoFap helps to increase flaccid penis size?

I want to know if flaccid penis size increases with NoFap? I have done too much MO for over a decade, starting at the age of 17. I don't really remember how long was my thing during my teenage years. But it has shrunk like hell now. It is embarrassing to see such a small thing.

Has anyone noticed an increase in flaccid penis size, during their rebooting?

Mine now is clearly bigger when flaccid. Both my balls and my pines are heavier than ever. I feel my stuff just hanging there all the time.
I really believe that it's my body reacting to my mental state: free, with no stress or shame or self hate all day long.

But you should understand that it is not the purpose of all the process. It is even not the result. It is a side effect.
The purpose of NoFap is to be free of PM, to take care of ourselves. To become the man that we're supposed to be.

When you'll be free, your confidence will rise, and you won't care about size, cause it doesn't matter. Women will chase you any way. And if you're ashamed of other guys about your pines- than don't forget that it is their problem that they measure you, not yours.

Thank you so much @A.Z! I have been really obsessed about my size all these years. In fact, just 5 minutes ago, when I was walking in the balcony I was thinking about it.

You are right, it is not worth wasting time thinking about it. But it is not so easy for me, not thinking about my penis size, though. It has been in my head for over a decade now.

I wonder if some affirmations would help let go of this thought.

I know man. It is very hard to forget and let go of things that we've been obsessed with. But first, isn't that why we are all here? To let go our observations?
And secondly, I had a lot of body's issue, I didn't like to take off my shirt in front of people. I was ashamed and obsessed with how people will see me.. but now, I am getting over it. Slowly, but I do. I just kept going with NoFap, and my confidence rised and keep rising. I am sure that yours will rise too bro.

Yes because it increases blood flow. PMO makes your libido to be low and hence low blood flow and hence a smaller size.

Just adding on to this, NoFap alone can help but in my case I have done a hell of a lot of other work in conjunction with NoFap too such as a healthy diet, cut drinking to 2 beers a week, 4 times a week heavy weight lifting, interval sprint workouts, and organic supplemention with tongkat ali, yohimbine, and maca root. Look into PE if you want but for me, the risk (potential permanent damage) and return on my time investment weren't worth it. If you're really serious about maximizing your size then I'd try everything I've just listed above before going that route.

What was your supplementation routine and dosage? Is it something suggested by a professional or was it based on trial and error?

Yes!!
Well, of course it depends. Mine can shrink to the size of a thimble, but at other times the (flaccid) size catches me by surprise, especially if I don’t MO for a week or more … and the balls are bigger when they’re full. :cool:

When I did PMO daily, my dick was always small and my balls were always empty :oops:

As for erect size, mine has gotten shorter. I had almost 5 inches at one point but now consistently measure 4 1/2 inches when fully erect.
 
The only times I have a flaccid penis was in the beginning, my body wanted porn and I was rejecting it, redirecting my sexual pleasures for the physical. Eventually it became hard frequently. I think what also helped for me which I know many people oppose to is have sexual fantasies but not touching myself .

Maybe men feel bigger because they stopped watching movies of men with 9 and 10 inch penises, way over in the 99th percentile for size. Some small percentage of men are huge, and working one of those into a woman must be tough on the woman.
 
Well I'm on day 200 of no PMO and still depressed that I'm stuck with a average penis forever. I wish I could've been bigger. As for any other benefits, there are none. So the only achievement for me is 200 days of no PMO which is nothing significant or anything. It just is what it is.

The size of a man's penis does not determine his value or his masculinity. I read that the ancient Greeks thought it was more advantageous for man to have a small penis.

If you get married to a woman you love, and you want to have a normal sex life with her, if you are too big, she may always be saying 'ouch.' Or she might be like mine when we first got married and hurt but not say so. It's good to get all the way to the back, but if you are average sized, she can pull her legs toward her body and get that deep penetration when she wants it, instead of all the time.

The erection is for her, not for show (unless its for her to look at) or to make you feel more masculine.

The purpose of the erect penis is to deposit sperm deep inside a woman’s vagina to better ensure reproductive success.
The “mushroom” shaped head of the penis is designed to remove any semen deposited by another male, and multiple thrusts increase the amount of semen removed.
Women are much more inclined to have multiple partners when they are ovulating (and more likely to conceive).
Thus a larger, longer erect penis is biologically superior as it can remove more semen from competitors and deposit semen deeper.
