Does NoFap really cure PE (Premature Ejaculation)?

I'm 22 now and next december will be 23. I've consumed porn, masturbate, orgasm for 10years 4 months. When watching porn, I masturbate quickly maybe 1-2 minutes sometimes less than 1min. It made me got PE. I'm wondering, is it true that porn made me got PE? Fapping is also make me so hard to think, bad decision, brain fog, less focused. I only got PE, NO PIED by fapping 10years 4 months.

My last fapped is 1Nov 2019. Currently, in my day 12th streak. I feel change in my body, mind, and mental by not Fapping till now.

The Question is, Does NoFap really cure my PE? I DO WANT SEX DURATION LONG at least 30mins - 1 hour. Long sex durations means better sex life. Better sex life means better relationship. I DO ALSO WANT TO MAKE HER CUM MULTIPLTE TIMES.

I also read that PE is mostly caused by mental stuffs like anxiety, depression etc not biologicall stuffs. Is it true?
