Does not fapping cause dizziness?

Title explains itself of why I'm asking. The reason behind this is that I noticed today I was experiencing some dizzy spells but they went away after I drank some water or Gatorade. I also noticed that when I looked away from my laptop I felt better as well. if anyone knows a reason why please drop a comment here so I can understand and use the advice on my journey.

A reason why I'm posting this question is because I couldn't find a good forum to put this in.

I don't think this has anything to do with NoFap. I have heard of some people having headaches on NoFap from withdrawal, sort of like with coffee, but dizziness is a different thing. Keep drinking that water brother.

Okay thanks for the clarification that this is a withdrawal symptom of not doing the PMO. Better that I ask now to understand what I'm doing on this journey than not asking it or chose the relapse path & stay there.

It can be a post-acute withdrawal symptom. My dizziness that felt like I was being pushed around has transformed into a feeling where I feel like I float in the ocean when standing still or lying down eyes closed. It has also been off completely, but only after 4 weeks of nofap on hard mode. Every time I PMO or watch something sexually arousing it goes away for a while but returns a day later worse than it was prior to watching said thing. Exercising and doing productive things like cleaning up the household improves the condition. Sitting in front of the computer makes the condition worse. You need to stop PMO completely before it becomes worse. Search kindling and nofap on Google.

@ArduousPath. Thanks for the heads up. I joined the site yesterday and I noticed them yesterday as well. I will try my best to reduce my time on my laptop up to the 10th day to see how I am. Then from there I'll see what I can replace the time on my computer with. I also think that once I get a job it can also help me out a lot more cause I would be off of it for more than an hour.

Good to hear that, I wish you all the best! I recommend searching PAWS on the forums. Here's a good informative thread by Big Lebowski:
