Is this normal for anyone who is a heavy PMO addict? Like, I don't feel that dopamine rush anymore. Anyone else here able to relate?

i hope so. I can't understand what else would cause my dopamine rush for any excitement (not just sexual, but in life), to just go away.

It very likely does - PMO short-circuits your natural sexual feedback cycles. Because you know what’s coming, there’s no need for that dopamine rush to motivate your actions, so it “dies off”. Your body can relearn that, though, over time.

It's not that simple that depression alone would cause my dopamine rush for any sexual excitement to not exist AND cause me erectile dysfunction. It has to be porn.
