    Hi guys,

    Let me explained you the situation. I was in the urge of watching an extreme porn video ( my addiction). I was resisting for days but the urge was to high. I went to a porn website, I started playing the video.

    After one minute, I knew that I was gonna ejaculate so I stop the video and swithed off my laptop. I stood up and started walking but after few steps, I finally ejaculate.

    I can't describe you the embarrassment and the shame. I had to take a shower... I felt really bad but what makes me even angry is that I was managing quite well my NoFap journey....

    I have a simple question for you, within the PMO journey does premature ejaculation count?

    Yes surly, for PIED case it counts, I'm sorry for the bad news. You know PIED recovery is all about brain healing. even if you did not ejaculate, watching P only counts by itself.
    But don't be desperate try again and KEEP STREAKS.
