It absolutely prompts me to pursue women. I asked my crush out and although she said no, I was happy I did it and never would have gotten there without nofap. The longing not just for sexual release but just companionship has grown very strong while on nofap. I don't pursue girls with the intentions for just sex or go for "low hanging fruit" just because I'm horny though. I try and talk to girls I am interested in long term in a friendly manner. Nofap has made me a lot braver when talking to girls, but has also taught me patience and discipline. Still waiting to find the right person to start something more meaningful and long term; prior to nofap I didn't have the courage to talk to any girls at all.

 

I'm guessing it should, but I have not experienced any change (day 67) in pursuing (which sounds disgusting/demeaning/sickening to me) women. I still only respond to women when spoken to, never striking up a conversation even at work.

It has increased my sexual objectification of women, even for women I would normally not be interested in being with.

I am bisexual and it's interesting to find out that the longer the MO-abstinence is the more I have the desire to be with a woman.

I am generally objectifying women more than I did before, even one's I'm not attracted to.

 

I have noticed that trying to NoFap (not necessarily succeeding but reducing PMO) just removed that hazy low-libido state i was in when i wasn't on my computer. I think it just helps you pursue the ones you would normally go after, while PMO addiction on the other hand helps ignoring the need to find an SO , making up excuses to discourage yourself from flirting with someone or postponing the act of approaching someone you like.

So in a few words no, you don't pursue women you don't like, you are just more honest with yourself and feel that "need" more intensely so you are more likely to flirt with someone you are attracted to. ("need" doesn't refer only to sex)

 

I don't pursue women I'm not attracted to. I find real women attractive again.

Actually, I think it makes you more "thirsty" for the all the things you can do with your SO, sexual or not (not just the sex and O part), and it frees you from that compulsion to just O every day or multiple times a day no matter the circumstances or the means to do so (in a few words, you stop being desperate)

 

It gives you a " radar" bassicly you're body tels you that is a good mate. Wich means even hot girls (babes) who you used to jack off might not be interested at all. Quiting porn and masturbation will reveal you're true "taste of woman".

I've had girls who are bassicly models big boobs nice ass but i didn't like them because it wasn't my type wierd isn't it or maybe it isn't? maybe it was suposed to work like that.

 

I disagree, when you are using porn you are not horny, exactly because of porn. That's because your brain is wired in a way that only porn gets you horny and normal girls don't.
Porn makes you numb, not horny. That's why things like DE and ED appear.
Porn also makes you addicted to O, but that's not the same as being horny, you're just addicted to the dopamine released in your brain when you O and crave it constantly.
