The last time I've got an urge was more than 2 weeks ago, but today I was on Google chrome and I accidentally saw a pic of a woman with a revealing outfit, I looked at it and closed it, but I kept thinking of it and got an urge (FUCK) I obviously didn't give in as it was small and I'm about 5 months on hardmode, but I have a question, did seeing the pic release dopamine?

It can release dopamine of course and can trigger you enough to relapse. But you chose not to do, so this is not a relapse and neither affects your reboot. Relax and forget about that, you will be triggered many times along the way but how many times you resist is what really matters. Stay strong!

It's just that I didn't have an urge for weeks and I thought that the pathway in my brain was done, but I just wanted to know if it got stronger or not, besides it was accidental but the search was kinda related "not looking for anything related to porn" but I kinda see the connection, anyways did seeing this pic make my reboot take longer?

i would say that this could put you back like 1-2 days..If it affected you overall. I would suggest you to chill as in my opinion it didnt affect you at all. Just dont do it again

It is good to be concerned and shows you have a healthy mindset. Everything's cool, so don't sweat it. What is really great is your five months with no P or M or O for 5 MONTHS. Congratulations! You might have to change your name to Winnerrr, haha. :p

I dont know much about that , but i don't think its a release if you are Still compleating your journey, because its part of addiction recovery, but you have to try to not do it againt as much possible

    GOOD LUCK MAN
