Does Social Media Help?

    Hey guys I've been PMO free now for about 18 days and so far it hasn't been too bad I have had days where the urge is quite bad but I manage to fight it off and focus on something else but one thing I've noticed is once I go onto Instagram after posting a pic or just to see what's going on my TL I'll sometimes have a look at the explore page and I find it bombarded with half naked women.. Somebody twerking or just something that sparks me to want to go and masturbate.. Do you think a controlled use of social media would help or it can't be helped cause half naked women seem to be everywhere no matter where you go and what you do.

    I totally agree , lost a few good streaks with social media :( not worth my time and lose of energy

    we use to see porn we get dophamin from there but now we have stoped it so hence we are findind dophamine in social sites (let me share my experiance i stopped pmo its my day 54 but there were periods in day 30 i was mad i wanted something which makes me happy i seeked out to social media facebook ,instagram and whatsapp i used to open them for thousand time to see does anybody gave a reply is there any women online who likes my photo and i used to get nothing from there even in my previous relapse social media was one of my trigger i used to go whatsapp expecting some girl woould have msg me replied me but i dont get any replies so to remove that guilt or to fulfill my urgue i go to porn sites hence i must suggestion atleast 90 days you must avoid it this is my thread you can also read it may it will help ful
