I am PMO free for 25 days and I have noticed that apart from the thoughts ocasionally popping out in my mind urging me to fap, I feel the same when I go to social networks. Sometimes those inanimate pics and comments make me angry, sometimes trigger negative feelings which eventually can lead me to PMO. So what do u think?

If you have female friends, you'll probably stumble upon several photos of
them every time you go through your timeline; if you find some of such friends attractive, o if you have a crush on one of them, there goes a trigger!!
This, of course, apart from all the official accounts of models/actresses, posting photos that are suggesting at the very least...

I got regularly triggered at some extent while idling on FB, and this often led to MO; I thought this was "less bad" than PMO, but I'm discovering that it's quite the same thing (wise people here call it "Psub")...

At the moment, one of my reboot strategies is to avoid revising my FB timeline when alone, o when I'm not in direct sight of someone...
Actually, when I'm online on my free time, and I'm not doing something technical/useful, I spend all the time here at Nofap...
