Do people with 1, 2+ year streaks still experience NoFap benefits.
Or does it kind of diminish.

Because my mind is telling me how like: its better to relapse once every 3 months so you are experience benefits again and again and it wont diminish.

Maybe my brain is making excuses to relapse. But I dunno what do you guys think?

  2. Your brain is making excuses to relapse. Do not do this.

True. But do you think the benefits keep going after 1+ year streaks? (this is me talking not my brain craving relapse lol)

  4. To which benefits do you refer?

Like energy, Amazing confidence levels, women attraction, better sleep, feeling happier, life flowing easily etc.

  7. I do not know about the women attraction bit of it. I am married, so I'm not really paying attention to that piece of it. As for the rest...

PMO consumes an amazing amount of time and energy. So, when you stop PMO, you get the wasted time and energy back for good. The confidence is a result of acting like an adult instead of a child. You also keep that for as long as you do not return to PMO. Better sleep, feeling happier, life flowing easily -- all of those continue as long as your mind remains free.

Oh that's good to know. I guess I just needed confirmation. If I didn't ask this question I would have probably believed the excuse my brain was coming up with.
    Thanks.

Hey guys.. let me help a little.. I am approaching 500 days of no pmo... "hardmode" it's been a long road but where I am not is a complete 360. It's all really true.. I have better mindset. Mental health, energy, drive, morning erections very consistent. However I am not fully recovered, i still have yet to rewire because i am going thru a divorce and choose to use this time to help me focus on NoFap. But I can deff saybits a great benefit. If I had to guess you are more or less experiencing a "flatline". Keep going no more pmo.

Thank you for this brother. Wish you all the best. Stay strong and blessed my friend.

  13. of course it will still be there, all that is happening during a reboot is everything taken from you is being restored, so yes after even 10+ years you will keep the benefits, because the benefits already are apart of you, you simply took back that part of yourself.
