    i am currently on day 12 and a half, and when i'm with ppl if i want to share something or give something i feel like i should please the other person more than myself i feel guilty but not as much as before if i do something wrong

    i'm worried these effects will be permanent :(

    but thanfully the social anxiety is slowly dissapearing :)
