So on day 32 of nofap(today), i spent part of the night with some girl, we were watching a movie, while we were cuddling in the couch she would rub my dick unconsciously now and then, so yes i was hard as hell, well one thing lead to others so later that night we moved onto something else. She pulls down my pants, i had been hard for like 2 hours, i knew the moment she touched it i was going to come, and so it happened, as soon as she put her hand around my dick i came, no need to go into further details, i just need to know.

Does this count as failing? Will i go back to feel how i felt back then when i wasn't on nofap, no energy, strenght, no willing? Because if so i'll be so freakingly dissapointed, i don't want to have to go through that ever again!

No,that is progress. On the other side of quitting porn you are going to have to deal with...real sex. That is at least as scary as quitting porn. Ok, Ok, don't panic. You are rebooting. I have given my opinion on this problem before. If you want to know it, search "making spaghetti", and you will find it. This is no fail, this is just life, and learning. Your streak is still going.

    Good luck on your journey.

therjdude, at a certain point, if it all goes to plan, you will totally eliminate porn and PMO from your life. I know that is a bit scary, but eventually you want the only sexual experience you have to be real, with a real person. Eventually, the idea of having porn back in your life is what will become scary.

I will give you one warning, something to look out for, be aware of. A lot of guys here talk about the chaser effect. Comes 8-24 hours after orgasm, and it is a desire to binge, and by binge on porn. I don't know how or if it is a concern in your case, the guys who report it have relapsed, and you have not; you have made progress. Don't worry about binging, be aware of it, be aware the desire may hit you, and don't let it cause you to relapse. It may never happen to you.

    Good luck on your journey.
