For as long as pmo has had a negative impact on my life I’ve been so amazed and jealous how people can have such an in-depth conversation and talk endlessly. I’ve always struggled talking for even 20 seconds because that’s how little that was on my mind at any given moment. I’ve had a big issue with recalling information and putting it in words to create conversation, so anything I said was closed ended statements, that I couldn’t talk very long about because my mind felt empty. My current streak of 321 days shows that pmo was the cause of this even though I’m not healed from my brain fog/empty brain feeing, there has been days where I feel like I’m on the right track and my brain fog is lifting and I can talk more easily than I could in a very long time. Can anyone relate is this something that is common with other pmo users?

It’s my biggest burden I carry from pmo, the other symptoms I can deal with like the PIED, anxiety, low energy, low libido, little interest in other activities. This empty brain feeling is more debilitating than anything else, is there anyone else out there dealing with this and know for sure it’s a result from pmo or is it a underlining disease?
