Disclaimer: This question is about face-fat In terms of the above question: I'm working out at least 6 days every week for 1.5~2 hours per day. My training involves biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, abs, legs. My cardio isn't that intense for now as I'm focused on building muscles.
The only way to lose fat is to eat fewer calories than you burn every day. There is no way you can burn your face-fat earlier than your belly fat or something like that. If you want to learn more about facial appearance I suggest to check out "orthotropics" on youtube.
