Done first day

    First day was difficult, hope can stand the second. I gonna try no fapping for 7 days, then another 7.

    I'm doing the same way, 7 day blocks. I'm on day 3 right now. Started on Sunday. Each day has been easier. I've found myself occupying myself more readily with other activities. In fact, my focus has really increased quite a bit. I'm more productive already. Good luck. Keep me posted. We're in this together! :)
