    So I found this on 4chan:
    « There are various studies done with regards to NoFap.

    The first is the infamous Chinese study, which shows a massive spike in testosterone after 7 days of abstinence, followed by a return to baseline. The lab rats were a few hundred Chinese men in their 30's - 40's. Some were married, the study reports that intercourse had no impact on this supposed testosterone spike.

    Real talk, this study is bullshit and the data it presents is shoddy CCP propaganda.

    The second that I've found had much more interesting results with a tremendous amount of data.

    The US study had two groups - a control, and another cohort of men ages 20 and up who abstained from masturbation for 15 days. On the 15th day, both groups had their testosterone levels checked, both groups were given some pornos to jerk the gerkin, and then testosterone levels were re-checked.

    The data shows that the men in the abstinent group had marginally higher levels of testosterone then the control group - something like 5%. Big fucking deal.

    What's more interesting is that, after masturbating both groups experienced a drop in blood serum testosterone levels. However, the drop in the previously abstinent group was negligible while the control group's average testosterone plummeted by some 20%.

    Regardless, both studies show that sex >> fapping and fapping occasionally >> fapping daily. »

    And also no fapping at all is certainly better than all as many have claimed (I once had a 50 day streak and it’s all fucking true don’t let propaganda get you)
