Today I don't feel any urges. After 28 days of no O is good but it could have been even better if I hadn't done PM . I know the difference in one's thinking before and after watching porn. When I start the whole nofap journey I wasn't convinced of some things. For example I used to think that movie sex scene were not considered as porn because they show a character's emotions unlike those porn artist who does at as a job. So I used to watch those sex scene and masturbate. But then I realised that even though those artist are showing the love or emotions they too are not real. Whatever they do they do it to express their character. I failed to realise that. But I understand that it's not real like porn but there no useless dailouge or scream. It was candid. But those sex scene always became my will breaker. I always relapsed to those random sex scene and then end up binging to porn. Now I am bored .
