    Time's flying! i'm at 22 days without really noticing, all due to having goals for the day and not giving myself time or energy to engage in short term pleasure behaviours. There's always something you can be doing to help yourself achieve your goals, daily goals weekly goals monthly goals and yearly goals.

    what sort of personality do you want? what type of person do you want to be?

    Great job! I say your title and it's so true. It not just about counting days but what we do to fill the days. We never will get rid of PMO or any other negative habit if we don't replace it with something else. Otherwise we just create a void that is more likely to be filled with relapse or another negative habit if we are not intentional about what we do.

    Keep going strong!

  5. I agree; have the mind-set that this is for life rather than counting the days.

    Yeah i realised lots of people count days and 90 days is far... 90 is much closer to 100 than it is to 1 or 2...

    If people want to count something (i think most of us with this problem do wish to count) then count how many times;

    1) you had a hardon and you avoided it
    2) a sexual thought and avoided it
    3) a porn pop up flashed accidentally and you immediately closed it
    4) you saw a woman in skimpy clothing and avoided staring

    Aim to keep a 100% success rate... okay if you avoided 9 out of 10 timez then that's a 90% success rate...

    I was doing a similar thing few weeks ago and it went well... every time i avoided i was tallying up...loved it
