Hey man , thank you very much for taking to time to write that. It really means a lot to me.

It is something I have been working hard at but I still need to show myself more love and compassion.

It is not as bad as it was a few years ago when I was in complete addiction and a very very toxic and co-dependent relationship with my ex GF…. But my negative narrative is still there , saying all its toxic shit. But I know I deserve an amazing life without P!!!

But right now Im feeling great at DAY 6 , need to get through the weekend and keep building.

Again thank you for the kind words ….

Ok .... I've had a tough weekend , Saturday was ok but feeling very depressed and low today...

I got out of the apartment for a few hours to clear my dead which helped... So I will get through Sunday and then Monday .... After that it is on to no PMO for August .....

This month of July was the worst! It was just as messy as last year's. I hope August arrives better.

You both survived. Unfortunately, not both of your reboot challenge attempts survived but that's no reason to give up.
    Reset and fight on @Ayjaydubya!

I'm struggling with urges to fap, and even give in to relapsing, but I've come too far to give up so easily again.
I forgot that today was the last day of the PMO free July challenge, and realize the significance of finishing 2 consecutive calendar months of hard mode rebooting. It's just the beginning of a lifetime of change.
Can't wait for the August PMO free challenge! Let's all look forward to a better future being PMO addiction free.

Hey man …. Hope you are still hanging in there and haven’t given into the urges!!

You have gone two months hard mode , that is amazing!!! You are a warrior to have gone that long and stood up the urges and not given in… Just don’t give in , it is just not worth it !!!! I had got to day 68 and relapsed in mid June and I have been struggling since..

I was flooded with anxiety , worry and all the other toxic shit P brings into your life…. Fight it , you deserve a life free of P…

I want to start August clean and get a full calendar month with no PMO…

    Keep fighting …

July, as far as I know, didn't had technicalities for me (like not counting a sexy bikini pic as a relapse). Late August had lots, but whole month of July I survived!
