Don't know if my lifestyle is helping or hindering my reboot

I'm on Day 15 of a no PM streak, and I'd like to know if you guys think any aspects of my lifestyle are helping my reboot or hurting it, and what things I should change or emphasize.

Background is I'm in college at a pretty tough school, so classes and schoolwork take a lot of my time and energy. I also work part time (only about 14-15 hours a week). I'm also on a non-varsity sports team, so I get around 6 hours of moderate to intense exercise every week.

Now to lifestyle choices that I feel may be helping/hindering me and are changeable:
  • I only get like 5-7 hours a sleep a night during the week because I'm just swamped from all my activities. I slept for 12 hours the other day and woke up with some MW (hasn't happened to me in a while, check out my content to read up on that), so I'm wondering if sleeping more will help in my recovery
  • My diet consists mainly of eggs, yogurt, chicken, pasta, carrots, PB&J, protein bars, and bananas. I'm pretty fit and muscular, though I have some fat to lose, but I'm mainly wondering if there's any foods with chemicals known to help reboots.
  • I try and usually succeed at drinking at least 60 ounces of water a day (I'm about 155-160 lbs). This is just a good habit I feel like. On the offhand I have not been drinking nearly as much water as I should have in the past few days, and I noticed some prostate fluid leaking a couple days ago, and it was super thick. Not sure of these two things are connected.
  • I feel like my penis is really like radio silent, barely any erections. I know this is part of the flatline, but it still weirds me out.
  • I've tried doing kegels, but I don't even know if I need to do them, what exactly would be "the need" for me to do them, and reading about them online/actually doing them is kinda confusing. If anyone's a pro on these hmu.
  • I've read about different types of underwear being better for you, so if anyone knows about good underwear that would be good to know. I wear a lot of boxer briefs (usually an athletic kind) and trunks.

It all looks good too me. You're eating healthy, working out and keeping busy which are key for a successful reboot. About the prostrate fluid, the body is resilient and knows how to heal itself. Keep doing you man. You're on the right track
