Don't Look Back / Don't Dwell

    Hey guys, this is a short one. Recently, I've been having relapses that were different from previous relapses. Long story short, I get into a weird dissociative headspace and it's like I'm watching myself while being myself (if that makes any sense).

    This led me to do some thinking and I came to the conclusion that I need to come up with a suite of things/tools/protocols/whatever that effectively addresses triggers, decreases likelihood of relapsing, and tackles (and potentially solves) 'root causes' like loneliness/ect at the bare minimum.

    With this all in mind, I had a situation pop up unexpectantly and I some how thought about progression and moving forward. Not necessarily in terms of upward mobility (job, status, ect.) but in terms of time and literal movement (vs resting or being idle)....

    .....I had a few more things I wanted to say but I got distracted and those thoughts have now escaped me, but the jest was to not just stay busy but be active in something that propels you forward from whatever mindset is present when you relapse. I'll try to expound or add some more to this but I have to go for now.

    Hopefully this can serve as some type of inspiration for someone.
