Hi folks, at however stage you are of rebooting, I wish you good luck.
Here is article I found, written by Dr. Brianne Holmes, very useful in understanding subject of dopamine. Worth checking ! Because some of the rebooting symptoms may be just caused by change in behavioral patterns (cutting PMO) that cause hormonal change (lack of dopamine) and symptoms that are according to them. These symptoms don't have to be end of the world and cause of greater suffering, although rebooting have it's order so some symptoms are impossible to omit. It is better to be informed, knowledge is power.

Some classic signs of a dopamine deficiency include:
  • Feelings of worthlessness

Those are the most recurring symptoms for me lately, the inability to handle stress was with me from the beginning of my journey. Although, there has been improvements.

This is actually when I am most likely to relapse. When something goes terribly wrong in my life and I get stressed out, I just need to binge porn to handle it. Terrible.
